Other work I’m proud of

  • Lending my voice to the BLM movement felt powerful as a painter and artist. My first digital artwork was published for We Are One: Creative Activism by The One Club for Creativity. Amidst the surge in discrimination and violence against Asians—alongside the global outcry following George Floyd’s murder—The One Club launched We Are One in partnership with OUTFRONT Media. The initiative invited creatives to design digital posters calling for support, solidarity, and change.

My piece carried a personal message: “Choose acceptance over ignorance. Choose empathy over hate. Choose life over blood. Choose humanity over race.”The artwork symbolizes the points of similarity that make us ONE—we all bleed the same, we belong to the same human species, and we’re made with one heart, one brain, and one soul. Seeing my work become part of this collective call to action was a moment where art met purpose, and it was exactly where I wanted to be.

    Sept 2021

  • My biggest win so far? Walking into my old office and seeing my name in the credits plastered across the entrance hallway.

Ideating and conceptualizing digital ads and marketing strategy for Google India felt like an imposter-syndrome fever dream come true. One of the ads I worked on for Google Shopping racked up over 92 million views.

I also had the chance to market other products like Google Photos and Google Financeturning strategy into stories that connected with millions.

    2019

  • Jameson was my first foray into the liquor/F&B world as a Creative Strategist and Visual Designer at MullenLowe Lintas, India.

I sharpened the brand’s design vocabulary and crafted campaigns tailored to the Indian market to boost whiskey sales. From ideation and strategy to packaging, content creation, and print design, I had my hands in every step of the process. Collaborating daily with account managers, copywriters, art directors, and studio designers, I took projects from concept to final delivery.

And as the youngest member of the team, I’ll admit—selling my designs in client meetings was a personal win I savored.

    2018

  • Getting published at 20 in one of India’s biggest travel magazines? Not a bad start for the aspiring writer in me.

During my four-week whirlwind stint, I contributed to over a dozen photo-centric featuresconceptualizing stories, crafting copy, sourcing images, and making sure the content got its moment in the spotlight on social media.

A crash course in editorial magic, all before I could legally rent a car.

    2015

  • And not long after, the fashion writer dream came knocking—thanks to a cold email that landed me an interview (and a spot!) at ELLE India. This is the kind of story the internet loves to rave about. During this stint, I worked across both print and digital, curating trend pages, celebrity gossip columns, and deep-dive features.

I did it all—from art direction on photo shoots to styling models and featured celebrities, and digging into interview research.

Basically, living my best Devil Wears Prada life—minus the cerulean monologue.

    2015

  • As they say, “Once an intern, always an intern.” And trust me, I’ve earned that title. During my time at Parsons, I interned with fashion powerhouses like Oscar de la Renta, Edie Parker, and Etienne Aigner.

Seven internships later, I wasn’t just fetching coffee (though I could write a guide on sample runs)—I was driving sales, landing key business accounts, and boosting brand affinity with sharp digital marketing strategies.

Oh, and I still found time to volunteer at NYFW. Because why not? 😉
